I got my start in residential construction the same way most do: getting yelled at by my dad for not shining the flashlight in the right spot. I learned the basics of framing, electrical, plumbing, and so on as my father refused to hire out projects he felt comfortable doing himself. From then on, I grew to learn and understand my love for building and remodeling. During that time, I also found a passion for people and their well-being and developing the communities in which the company services.
